Hygiene between work outs
Dec. 6th, 2022 11:01 pm It's OK to wash your face, neck and arms with soap and water between work outs if too much sweat is making you itchy or uncomfortable. You're not stuffing up by resting and cleaning up yourself before moving on to your next work out.
