sunlit_music Posting photos and videos on Dream Width tends to work if the photos and videos are public. If they're private, they don't always show up.
I find that posting photos is much easier than posting videos, because videos take longer to upload to Dream Width (they can take a few minutes or half an hour, depending on whether you have a fast internet connection and how long the video is). The longer a video is, the longer it takes to upload it to any website, including Dream Width.
