My family's easy pizza recipe:

Ingredients: pizza base. You can make a real pizza base by mixing and kneading flour, water, salt into pizza dough. Or you can use Lebanese flat bread if you want a thin and crispy pizza base.

Tomato paste.

Basil leaves.

Bocconcini cheese. This cheese is kept fresh in the fridge in water, and comes in small plastic cylinder containers. It is small,round, white and delicious. You can eat it raw or cooked. Pregnant people can eat it safely. :-)

Parmesan cheese, grated (just a small amount, maybe a teaspoon per pizza)

Chopped mushrooms

Chopped capsicums.

Shredded cooked chicken - optional

Recipe:
Use a spoon or knife to spread tomato paste onto the pizza base.

Cut one small cup of bocconcini round white cheese into halves or quarters. Add bocconcini cheese, basil leaves, chicken, capsicum, and mushrooms to the pizza base evenly.

Place pizza onto a baking tray (preferably a round flat pizza tray) and put tray into your oven. Turn oven dial to 220 degrees Celsius. Bake for twenty minutes. Your pizza is ready when the bocconcini white cheese has melted, and the cheese goes from round to flat.

Enjoy your meal. :-)

Recipe from my family on cooking egg and vegetable noodles.

Chop florets of one broccoli, and slice half a large carrot thinly. You can also slice spinach, cabbage, one zucchini and one celery stalk.

Fill up a cooking pan halfway or a third with cold tap water.

Place pan on stovetop, heat pan at highest heat until you see large moving bubbles.

Add two raw eggs to boiling water, then turn heat to low. Boil eggs in water. If you see the eggs form a round shape, it means they're done.

Add some cooking oil (one teaspoon to half a tablespoon) to the water. You can use vegetable oil, olive oil, peanut oil, sesame oil or coconut oil.

Add a dash of salt, garlic salt (if you don't have garlic salt, garlic flakes are fine), sugar, soy sauce and pepper to the pan.

Add vegetables to pan. These vegetables I mentioned can be eaten raw safely, but they also taste good cooked. Cooking vegetables should take ten minutes.

Now for noodles: for handmade noodles, just boil them for ninety seconds. As they're handmade, they'll cook fast.

For two minute noodles: just add to the boiling water. Leave out msg if you want to be healthy.

For dry noodles (rice noodles, yellow noodles) that aren't two minute noodles: follow packet instructions. You should boil them in water in a separate pan, usually for ten to fifteen minutes for one noodle packet. Bring water to boil. Once you see big, continuous moving bubbles in the water, turn stovetop dial heat to low.

Transfer noodles to bowl once noodles are soft, bending and no longer see through.

Use large servings or you’ll still be hungry.
Spread avocado with a knife on one side of large whole grain bread (ciabatta bread also delicious).

Spread butter on other side of bread.

Add chopped or whole lettuce leaf, dill green herb, chopped green shallots, two types of flat cheese (Bega cheese or mozzarella),sliced red tomato, sliced cucumber, sliced cold ham. This is the type of sandwich used by other people I know who kindly showed me how to make it.

If you want to make a sandwich made by cafes in Moruya, you can add sundried tomatoes, chopped capsicum, zucchini, chopped eggplant, add more fresh cheese, shredded chicken.

Heat sandwiches in a grill, oven or an electric sandwich press until the cheese and bread are golden brown.

Serve the sandwich with a side of sautéed mushrooms or an omelette made with butter (I prefer butter, not oil for cooking the mushrooms or omelette, as this is healthier and tastes better).

Stuffed capsicums recipe.

I actually made this and ate it last Saturday. It was easy to make and delicious! It was also fun eating stuffed vegetables for some reason. It just looks festive.
