Info from http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=16929680703:

Managing stolen ID at Facebook: If someone has stolen your identity or if you are subject to any other form of "account abuse", try this form: http://www.facebook.com/help/contact.php?show_form=fake_profile  or send an email, explaining your problem, to abuse@facebook.com  .

HOW TO DELETE YOUR FACEBOOK ACOUNT:

Go here (working link above):
http://www.facebook.com/help/contact.php?show_form=delete_account

Click "Submit" and follow the instructions.

Your account will be deactivated for two weeks, and if you DO NOT USE FACEBOOK IN ANY WAY during that period, your account is permanently deleted.
If you are experiencing problems with the link above (or anything else concerning your account) your best bet is to contact Facebook directly by sending an email to
info@facebook.com  explaining your problem.

Openbook has a proposal for a simple Facebook Privacy slider. With screen shots!

http://youropenbook.org/proposal

Openbook exposes how Facebook can violate your privacy, and what they need to do to protect our safety and security. Facebook needs to stop trying to worm its way into getting people to release their private details without their knowledge or consent!

So you are all probably scartching your head and thinking, So what can we DO?

It's easy. Tell Facebook that they need to simplify privacy settings. Just post the above link!

Let me know what you think!
