She desperately needs to move out. Laifan says that her stepmother is emotionally abusive to the point of driving laifan’s sister to leave home. Click on the link. See for yourself. It’ll show you pictures of the enormous clutter caused by her stepmother’s unbelievable spending habits (possibly caused by Obsessive Compulsive Disorder). Clothes strewn everywhere, so many shoeboxes there is barely enough space to walk.
Laifan’s stepmother has accused laifan of stealing, although laifan has done no such thing. laifan’s father stays neutral about this. Please donate if you can, to help laifan to move out. She can’t afford to keep on living like this.
As for myself I endured more years on my own to finish my studies. This year I successfully graduated from college. Only the mental condition of that woman has degraded. She stopped talking to me this last March or even looking at me for no reason. I felt suffocated in this place, felt like a shadow or a ghost. But that? I could endure that - as long as people leave me alone I'll be fine. But of course it didn't end like that. It only got worse. This last Wednesday we had an ugly argument (one more) and she accused me of stealing from her.
Now if she had stopped talking to me because I have a short fuse or something like that? I would have accepted it because I know it's a flaw of mine. I know my flaws and my virtues. And one virtue I've always prided myself for is honesty. I know none of you know me but I swear on my life that I never, ever stole anything from her, much less to give it to my friends. This because last Christmas there was a gift I didn't give to a friend cuz I didn't have a chance to meet with her. It was a scarf I had bought. Somehow she got into her head that the scarf had been hers and that I had stolen it from her. She didn't tell me anything at the time because I was sick. I had a depression last Winter. Yeah I wonder what caused that...
Anyways, my dad, of course tried to stay on neutral ground as usual. Even if that woman is accusing his own daughter of stealing things without any proof whatsover. Oh and she doesn't even need those because she obviously knows well all her stuff is. Let me tell you that those pictures you saw are only the tip of the iceberg. The house where her daughters live (she has two daughters that she basically left to their own devices when she moved here - they had just started college at that time) has more stuff from her and another vacation house she has is in the same state.
My dad bought an apartment in the South for vacation because of her nudging him to do so of course and of course that is also filled with her stuff and under her jurisdiction. And obviously, despite the fact she never ever contributes with her money to anything house related, not even for food, everything belongs to her. Including this house (apparently) despite the fact she's not even married to my dad and that me and my sis own 25% of this house due to inheritance from mother.
