pixie117's family has lost their home need help

The following text in italics is from harmonicsoul's lj blog, and I found an excerpt of this post from ladycatherina's lj. pixie117 has lost her house due to a fire, and her family has no insurance and not much cash. Hey Guys and Gals,

A dear good LJ friend of mine, Kristen (pixie117 ), is working to compile clothes and things for her family, who recently lost their house and everything, with no insurance, and little cash.
I know we all have old stuff we never wear, old items we never use, things we'd never miss. Myself and Tara are sending things her way, and I asked Kristen for permission to post this on my own journal. I know how many excellent human beings I have as friends on here, and I know some of you would help a fellow LJ pal in need. If you can't/don't want to do anything, no problemo. But if you do want to help, here's some info.
Help if you can!! Tara and I are sending stuff upon our move to Chicago on Saturday.

And here's a cut of specific things her family may need in particular, and what they like:
Samantha (16 years old). She wears a size 9 pants (possibly anything from 7-10 would work), medium (sometimes large) tops, and size 9 shoes.

William (14 years old). Size 30W30L or 30W32L pants, medium men shirts and size 9 1/2 wide in mens.

My mom. She wears a KIDS size 16 pants (possibly woman's size 5 if they stretch since they may be a bit tighter, so perhaps even a size 3 or 4 might work). She likes medium or large tops. Size 5 shoes. Lost her coat in the fire.

Step-Dad. Has no coat and wears extra large. He needs jeans, size 36W32L or 38W32L. Extra large shirts.

For some of their interests and things they would like.

Samantha- Likes purses, shoes, clothes, makeup and jewelry. Has her bellybutton pierced. She lost her hair straighner and relies on it. Typical 16 year old girl stuff. Music (into rap, hip hop and some pop) and dvd's (Will Ferrell type comedies and chick flicks). Was really into Twilight and reading the second book that I got for her for Christmas, but it was destroyed.

William- Loves video games (he got a PS3 for his birthday and it was destroyed). Really into rock and metal music and lost all his cd's. Loves band shirts and really into Slipknot. Likes shirts with skull and cross bones on them, or dragons. His favorite activity was air-soft and he lost his air-soft guns he also got for Christmas. He lost every dvd he owns and he collected them. He likes Will Ferrell/Jack Black type movies (stupid comedies ) and action/adventure. His biggest thing lately was teaching himself how to play keyboard and his keyboard was destroyed. He really likes music.

The rest of my family- my mom and step-dad could use a coat for the rest of the winter. ANY old computers would be great as the one I bought for my mom for mothers day was destroyed as well. We also just bought her a printer for Christmas and again, it is gone. She was really into keeping in touch with me via Myspace and posting her pictures. So ANY computers, even very old ones that may have issues could be used.

My mom lost her entire collection of Disney movies. She used to own every single one (until sequels got out of control). So if anyone has any lying around (even VHS), she would love it.

Bedding is a desperate need. There is not enough beds for everyone and if there is anyway to get something for them to sleep on, it would be appreciated. Pots, pans and other kitchenware is desperately needed. Almost anything actually. I cannot possibly list every little thing, if you have something you could pass on (no matter how small), it is appreciated.

One other thing I would like to add is the veterinary fund. They were still paying off my sisters puppy when he was run over and then Zoey's incident last week caused them to owe even more. Now with Baby, they may soon owe well into several hundred dollars. I might be able to get you an address if you would be interested to send anything to them.
